The Team

Arcadia Properties, Inc., the developer and builder for Byers Place, is a firm that has proven itself in the Denver residential marketplace during its 18 years of business. Arcadia has teamed with Colorado architect Charles Downing, designer of Arcadia’s recently completed and award-winning Washington Square, a townhome development in the Platt Park neighborhood of Denver, at Florida and South Clarkson Street.

Property Management

The Byers Place Homeowners Association will maintain the individually owned front yards at Byers Place. Front yards will be comprised of a formal continuous lawn along the public sidewalk, and extensive beds of shrubs, perennials and ornamental trees immediately in front of and between each home. Privacy fences will separate and enclose owner-maintained rear yards. 

Construction

Like all Arcadia Properties, Byers Place homes will feature quality finishes and sustainability. These homes will be sophisticated urban residences with open plans, thoughtful lighting, dramatic kitchens, sumptuous master bedroom suites, as well as finished basements, and yet, will not possess a great deal of extra space.
