Welcome to Byers Place, central Denver’s newest idea in single-family home development, located within the West Washington Park neighborhood. Byers Place will be comprised of 19 detached homes, nine facing South Pennsylvania Street, and ten along South Pearl Street. A new public alley through the middle of the site will accommodate paired two-car garages for each new residence. The higher, non-suburban density of one and two story homes found here create opportunities for social interaction.
